How do those two guys in their little isolated room-universe eat and drink? How does their oxygen supply replenish? What is illuminating the room? They seem to agree on a which way is down; where does their gravity come from? How was the one guy able to identify the buxom tuba, given that he has never seen a tuba (nor a bosom)? Why did he capitalize Surf Rat while also attaching to it the indefinite article a? I was going to address all these questions in the comic, but there’re only so many panels, you see.

Yep. He’s listing all the countries alphabetically, noting the capital of each. Surf Rat is calculating Fibonacci numbers. What the hell else do you perform surgery on but an ironing board.
