Neil appeared before (and even got a mention in Spatula Drama), but his name wasn’t mentioned because, really, when you’re floating in limbo and an Eggplant Wizard/bat hybrid starts dropping some truth on you, you tend to forget about politely making acquaintance.

It really only works in Mountain Time’s case, because only when Mountain Time appears in Mountain Time do you get that “endless hall of mirrors” effect. Anyone else who meets Neil isn’t going to be so, um, self reflective?
