   It took me a while to realize he’s shaking the bottle, not fervently fanning the fridge’s interior with a small paddle. I wonder who VH is, did Victor Hugo draw that? He’s good.

   The mayor’s name is Victor Ham. But if that’s *his own* drawing on the fridge, then this raises more questions than it answers.

   Cold: The first draft had the label on the bottle, but with the motion lines, it was just too busy. The drawing on the fridge certainly matches Hugo’s style, though.
