The word “embouchure” has been inextricably linked in my mind to John Stump’s FAERIE’S AIRE and DEATH WALTZ (specifically, the performer is instructed to “rotate embouchures”). Seeing it turn up in Mountain Time seems fitting somehow.
It’s somewhat impressive that “Zoroastrianism” was *not* one of the requested words, yet came up anyway.
Whoa, prompts! I love how that pun was so forced EVEN PEOPLE IN THIS COMIC facepalmed.
But the major award you get is drawing a bedsheet ghost looking over its shoulder. I jelly a toast to you.
Nar: Oh wow, I forgot about the Death Waltz. I never really looked at the music at any level greater than “agitating wallpaper ideas,” though, so I didn’t know about that part.
Xin: Actually, since those guys never get any attention, you get a tax credit for including them in fictional works.
Cold: Once a year I get to make the Visa-goth joke when shopping at Hot Topic for a charity thing, and you better believe I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OPPORTUNITY.
Are there fewer spectral colors in Mountain Time?
Fewer things in general.
I’ll boogie when and where I feel like it, thank you very much. I’m not a goddamned preforming monkey.
A regular preforming monkey, yes, but not a goddamned one.
