The fellow at the end, clearly a refugee from The Life and Times of Tim, is apparently a supporter of bloodletting. Sometimes I wonder what it was like towards the end of that practice’s lifetime. Did people discuss it the way they do the disputed and controversial medical techniques of today?
anyway caprese seems like one of those dishes that needs modernizing. Like pizza isn’t just oil on seasoned bread anymore, and gazpacho isn’t just oil on seasoned bread anymore.. One of those has changed a bit more than the other.
