In fairness, when you don’t leave the house, days kinda stop mattering. I hope Agoraphobic Hamster has a good food source.. also how did I never notice he has a tail? He’s a gerbil. Has that already been covered? I bet it has. My memory loves to bring up old ideas and label them “new.” it would make a great current-day movie executive.
The stripy chef’s hat seems so weird with VERTICAL stripes.. that line up perfectly with the toquepuffs.. I bet that is actually a French flag hat, we just can’t tell because it’s monochrome. Vive les prisonniers!
Your memory and mine could be producing partners (though it has been quite a long time since I ripped off The Critic thinking it was original, only to much later have a clear memory of that scene in the show).
I thought horizontal lines on the hat wouldn’t look clean, but I actually prefer it.

Yeah, the tail thing kinda bookended the 2016 series: http://mountaincomics.com/comic/mt816/

Ya know, that doesn’t sound too bad, pot pie boiled in a (clean) tube sock like you would a traditional plum pudding.
Was this strip’s title written by some form of horned mythical creature, perhaps?
Oh THAT’S right, spaghettified hamster tail. Which means the same 13 bones, just stretched out. Unlike a gerbil who has like, twice that many.
Jay: I don’t know enough about plum pudding to argue, but how do you feel about a savory pie with tube socks as the protein?
Circle: Would the cocktail be called “Food of the Window Gods,” or the “Streak-free Food of the Gods”?
Cold: Yep. It was always a spaghettified tail, and never a retcon.
