I’ll agree that coming up with crazy new fictional disabilities is a largely overlooked aspect of making an “unreal” universe (like a sci-fi, fantasy, or whatever New Lancaster is).
Well CF, that villain makes a lot more sense when you consider his flying device as an over engineered stove-top, with gas-jet burners for thrust and induction cook steering.
The fact that there is a large law-firm named Cozen O’conner may be just a trifle too indicative of prevailing business practices.
