    What with the continued presence of Pillow Cop and his title panels, until transitional text informs me of another scene change, I’m just going to assume these comics are continuing to occur in a dystopic alternate universe. It is fascinating to contemplate just how much darker, grittier and slightly sinister these comics feel in that context.
