That was pretty much exactly my reaction to the hummingbird thing.
I got a LOT of index card requests over the weekend, which is really cool! Of course, it also means that it’s going to take a while to get them all sent out — though one batch has already been mailed. Please note that today is Presidents’ Day, the most romantic of all US holidays, and as such, I will not be able to ship any more index cards until at least Tuesday, so that’s another part of the delay. (If you don’t know about the index card offer, see below this comic for details.)
Lastly, this is the 250th episode, which means that there are now 1000 horizontal rows of Mountain Time. So yeah.
Lastlier, shirts!
Since when do Hummingbirds migrate? I’m calling BS.
have they really ALL been four rows? every time?
Dude, bec de corbin is a BADASS weapon. you rock for even -saying- it.. now as for merpringles, I dunno.. i reserve judgment til they appear in my store for purchase.
Joe: That’s what I figured, and then I Google it and it’s all like, “Hummingbirds migrate,” and I’m all, “My brain is melting; thanks, Google.”
ColdFusion: Yep, every single one. So the next time someone tells you “Mountain Time isn’t a constrained comic,” you can say, “Why are you telling me this? Also, you’re wrong.”
Oh, and you win the Columbus award for the 1492nd comment. NOBODY ACCEPT ANY BLANKETS FROM COLDFUSION.
I promise all my pox are largepox. Achoo.
Also, I just got your index card. Not only is it awesome, I actually recognized your handwriting on the envelope. How fan-ish is that!
The mail is here! I challenge you to make a coherent comic using all of your drawings. Also, I think I just lucked out! I got part of an alien monster on mine!
ColdFusion: To be fair, you DO see an awful lot of my handwriting, so it’s not that outlandish.
Albino: That comic would mostly just be Lenny kicking people.
Are you still offering to draw on an index card? Or did I miss the deadline?
Offer’s good till the end of February.
Got the index card, so I’m just dropping by to tell you how awesome it was.
Ahem. It was seriously awesome. Like, twenty on the one-to-ten meter. You’re awesome.
I’m tempted by the Index card offer, but I live in England. Postage is going to be ridiculous just to get it to me.
This makes me quite sad.
You’re the second Englishman to get all worried about the postage!
Truth is, it costs the same to mail to England as it does to mail to New Zealand, Australia, and Russia, and I’m more than happy to send them drawings.
I would make a note to celebrate National Trail Mix Day, but I’m not sure which nation celebrates it.
Probably Oregon.
