I don’t know about all jackets, but the reversibles ones go both ways.

Personally I’d interpret the Cowboy’s “ain’t no” double negatives as confirming both the presence of the dreaded dragon, and the existence of straitjackets, even if the vast majority of jackets may be demonstrated to either be in or out of the closet… The notable exception being of course Schrodinger’s Jacket.

So the whole thing was some sort of star trek-y holo-thing the knight was experiencing?
Did the Cowboy program it? Or is the cowboy some kind of, well let’s keep going with the star trek analogies, omnipotent being named after a letter?

Curry?: So Schrodinger’s Jacket is quadratically quantum, being simultaneously a jacket, not a jacket, straight, and gay? Impressive!
Houseplant: I guess drawing a padded room isn’t among my strengths. (Makes sense, as drawing isn’t among my strengths to begin with.) But I’m pretty sure the cowboy’s name is Cowboy, which would be an interesting new name for a letter. How about U?

Speaking of perspective problems, does the knight have his hands bound behind his back, or are they just folded on his lap? Or is it one of each?

He’s in a straitjacket (provided they exist), so they’re crossed in the front.
