   Dave is the second guy listed on the Characters page. He was also the very first character to appear in Mountain Time!

   But anyway, he’s a weird guy with superpowers who’s pretty mischievous.

   which, along with attempting to start a war between the land people and the sea people, kind of puts him into supervillain territory. Dude’s a bit of a jerk! Surf Rat, being the mightiest superhero around, naturally views Dave as a rival.

    hmm, but did he really Know that was the self destruct phrase? but seeing as Dave always manages to come back anyway, his repeated defeat to the lapping waves of justice are quite entertaining!
