Wow, Greenland Week sure went fast, didn’t it? I would put a joke here saying, “no, it did not go fast; time maintains a consistent pace,” but then gravitational time dilation would make a big liar out of me!

I think GTD can be analogized* to a record on a turntable. Think of a point really close to the middle. That point rotates around the center 45 times per minute, right? Right. Now think of a point way out at the edge of the record. That point also rotates around the center 45 times per minute.  The outer point is covering a much greater distance than the inner point in the same amount of time, yet both points are being driven by the same motor. That shit is bananas! Anyway, that’s gravitational time dilation, I guess.
